Happy Halloween!

Today was a pretty low-key Halloween day. Haley has been sick, and continued to be today, so we skipped the neighborhood costume party and just went to a couple houses so she felt like she was trick-or-treating :) Regardless, she wore her costume around the house all afternoon and only took it off to carve her pumpkin and have dinner!  Kyleigh enjoyed the evening and looked so cute crawling around the house in her little pumpkin costume!!

We got the costume off her for dinner, but the crown wouldn't budge!

Pumpkin Patch

This Sunday we went to the pumpkin patch in Half Moon Bay

Trains are always a huge hit!

We had a huge storm last week and it ruined all of the corn crops!

Hay Ride

Entering the Hay Maze...so much fun...and it is not easy!!

Kyleigh loved it every time we shouted "Dead End."  Haley too, but she thought we were saying "The End!"

Yay!!  We did it!

We finished in record time this year!!  The first year it took about 1 1/2 hours.  The second year most of us quit after an hour, and this year we finished in 30 minutes!!

Reading Buddies

Haley has always loved books, but just recently Kyleigh has come to devour them as well! Haley loves to play the role of the "Big Sister" and read to her "Little Sister." (Obviously she has just memorized the words...but CUTE none-the-less)

Class Parties

At the beginning of every school year, each class has a class social. Today was the party for my class and Haley's...so we party hopped! Here are some pictures from Haley's!

Haley is going to be flower girl in a few weddings in the next month, so she has been practicing hard! OK, not really, but she and Paul had a good time with this practice! Check out her cheesy smile!

Pancake Breakfast

Today was the annual pancake breakfast at the Fire Station down the street. The kids had a lot of fun with all the great activities (and delicious pancakes of course-although we have no pictures of that! :)

Yes, that's right, she had to wear a tutu to the event!  We got a lot of comments on that one while we were there!

Haley never misses an opportunity to have her face painted!

They even had a balloon man there!  Haley's balloon didn't even last until we got home! :)

A few firefighters, and even one of FEMA's dogs, repelled out of a building!  Unfortunately, we weren't watching when the dog came down!
