Haley just started walking this week. Next week we might let her drive.

This weekend we went to Half Moon Bay, a city on the coast, and visited a pumpkin farm. Haley walked all over the farm, many times over, and was sure to have a corn shuck in her hand at all times! We also went through a hay bale maze which took us about an hour to get through!

So I have been sent to San Diego to cover the fires that are raging near us. My station rented us an H3. Very sweet ride. I also met Anderson Cooper from CNN. He is very cool. Our live shot was right next to his. I was able to talk to him for a bit. He says he is going back to Rwanda on Saturday. What a job!

Our Friends, the Casola Family, were visiting San Francisco this week. Haley had a great time showing them around and entertaining everyone!

After a crazy start, Haley finally made it onto the train for her first ride! We began early today and planned to put our bikes on the train and take them into the city! Well, long story short, the train took off with Paul and one bike, leaving Haley, the backpacks, the second bike, the bike trailer, and myself standing at the station. The conductor said the train was running late, so he didn't seem to care that I was running for the door trying to get on! Oh well, we made it to San Francisco 3 hours later and enjoyed the Blue Angels air show and some Ghirardelli ice cream! It was all worth it! What an adventure!

We took Haley to a wedding up in Marin. She loves to party. Thanks to our friend Matt for taking this photo.

Haley is 10 months old today and growing fast!!! She
is learning new things everyday and it is so fun to
watch. She loves the world of crawling and has become
a little speed demon (especially when she's trying to
get away from us)! She likes to walk holding onto our
hands and sometimes furniture. She is also quite the
social butterfly and seems to know more people in this
town than me!
