Trees and Keys

These were just some fun pics from today. The first ones is Haley trying to wear the tree skirt as a dress (the tree was outside being fixed) and the second is Haley trying to escape with my keys! Is this a sign of what's to come when she's a teenager??? I hope not!

Messy Eating!

This is what happens when you try to let her use her own spoon! She started by gently scooping her yogurt into her mouth, then decided that wasn't fast enough and moved on to finger dipping and eating. Finally, as she is continuously saying, "Mmmm," she proceeds to just try and lick the bowl!

Christmas Tree

We just got our Christmas tree and set it up! Haley likes it because it's little, like her! She is fascinated by it, but, suprisingly, has yet to attack it! Tomorrow we will decorate!

My First Baby

Haley received her own baby for her birthday from her cousins in Chico! Apparently we need to work on her "mothering skills," because she prefers to feed herself with the bottle instead of the baby. The baby just gets sips now and then!

Chad Visits from Florida!

Our friend, Chad, visited from Florida for the last few days and received the "Grand Tour!" We took him all over and Haley followed him closely behind at all times! She loved "Uncle Chad!"

Well, the Stanford fans may have been outnumbered, and lost the game, but we sure had a good time tailgating and watching the Cardinal and Irish battle it out! Final score, 21-14, Notre Dame.

We celebrated Thanksgiving this year with lots of family, including Grandma and Grandpa Fifield from Iowa! What a fun day!

Happy Birthday Haley!

Well, we just put the Birthday Girl to bed after a full day. We had a little celebration this evening, and will have another when Grandma and Grandpa Fifield and the rest of the Pelosos arrive next week! Haley loved her birthday dinner (pasta, spinach and blueberries) but DEVOURED her cake! She was heistant at first, but then took off. In true child fashion, she ate all the frosting first, then dug into the cake! I'm hoping the sugar rush doesn't kick in late tonight! She enjoyed opening gifts, but especially loved the tissue paper and cards!
I can't belive she's One!!!

Nose and Toes

Here's a fun video of Haley. She's slowly perfecting her walking skills and her bruises are going away! Her face was a little banged up for a while! :) She is also having fun figuring out the difference between her nose and toes thanks to a Baby Elmo book!
