Birthdays and Beds

Happy 31st Birthday Paul!! Actually, it was last weekend, but we were traveling!

Haley loves her Nana!  She also insisted on wearing her "party" dress!

Today at nap, Haley asked to sleep in her big girl bed. After much hesitation, I let her, with the understanding that if she got out, she would have to go in her crib. After many "Yes, Yes, Yes's" we had a deal and I left the room. She went to sleep wonderfully and woke up 2 1/2 hours later! It was beautiful! (We are not attempting the nighttime sleep in the big girl bed just yet!)

The Beach

While in Alabama, we decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and head to Pensacola Beach in Florida for the afternoon. It was really windy, but the kids had a great time. Haley loved the beach. I can't count the amount of times she has talked about it since!

Alabama

This week we are in Alabama! We just spent the first half of the week in Mobile visiting The Hillearys and now we have traveled north to Birmingham for Josh Murphy's wedding this weekend! Here are a few pictures from the first part of our trip...more to come later!

Here is Haley prancing around in her heels and crown. She has come to LOVE dresses and insists on wearing them every day. When you see her in pants, it's because we ran out of dresses for the week!
