A few weekends ago we went to Chico for Dominick's 5th birthday! It was a roller skating party and Haley loved it (Kyleigh slept)! Her skate wheels were tightened so she was pretty much just walking. She couldn't understand why she wasn't falling like everyone else, so she would randomly throw herself to the ground every once in a while!

Dentists and Elephants
You're probably wondering what the dentist and elephants have in common...well, nothing. They just happened on the same day!
Haley had her first dentist appointment and did great. They were just going to count her teeth, but she wanted the full exam, so they did the cleaning too! She's already asking when she gets to go back!
I just had to share this. This was an elephant that Haley drew! I was pretty impressed. Notice the trunk at the bottom!

Camera Fun
Paul had fun this weekend just taking pictures of his girls. Here are the results!

And just a side note...potty-traning was successful!! I can't believe how well she has done. She doesn't even tell us now when she needs to go, but just does it on her own! We still wear diapers at night and nap, but I don't foresee getting rid of those for a while!
One more funny story: Haley had a tendency to "cry wolf" (or should I say "cry pee") when we started this training. She would scream out "pee" and when I asked her if she needed to go she'd say no. She thought it was funny. So one day she said she had to go and I didn't believe her. I kept cooking in the kitchen and Paul was working. Next thing I know she walked up to me in the kitchen and handed me a potty full of pee...hysterical!

Just a Sunday Afternoon
Here are some pictures from hanging around this Sunday. Haley was potty training, so we didn't do much!
Haley did really well going potty! Two accidents on Saturday and that's all so far! But, apparently I was becoming a little too overbearing for her liking! I asked every half hour to hour if she had to go potty, thinking she needed me to. I guess not! She would always tell me No and then would go when she was ready. As we were preparing to go to Grandma and Grandpa's house Sunday night for dinner, I asked again (not wanting an accident in the car). She looked at me (very annoyed) and said, "No, Mommy, No. Haley pee ALL day long!" I almost died!!
Another funny quote from the day...as she flushed her pee down the toilet, she fondly looked inside and said, "Bye-Bye pee! I love you!"
But, I think her favorite part of potty training is running around the house all day in her underwear!
Big girl one minute...baby the next!
Kyleigh hates tummy time...just like her sister did! All she does is suck her hand for a while and then cry! Doesn't she look annoyed with her Daddy trying to take a picture of her at the this time?

Dress-up
Haley decided to dress herself and Kyleigh up as ballerinas!
